You cannot change the sales rep field on a lead that you are not the sales rep.

I want to add notes to an existing order and this is the response I get and it will not let me save my notes. I am not trying to change the sales reps name just add notes.

Jennifer - 649993 - however, it doesn't happen every time but is happening sporadically.

I was able to save that lead without an issue. When it happens, check the Sales Rep drop-down. The only time it should error is if it was switched from the original and you were not the original sales rep. I'll keep looking at it. Let me know any more details you find. Thanks
