No, this would be a tool for our sales reps to gauge how to handle a customer during the quoting process. It is nice to know if some is blacklisted, but it would be great to know if someone is an exceptional customer.

I think the best way to handle this would be to use Customer Tags, and we can work on making tags more accessible from the Leads page.
