We have some workers who are filling out the surveys and some say they aren't getting the email with the link. I have looked in the LOG tab and for events in 2015 it isn't showing that the system is sending the manager report email. Can you look into this please. I have set all of their permissions the same way so I don't understand why some are getting it and some are not. Steve Cox and Dan Borgalia are the ones saying they aren't getting it.

Also, if two workers are assigned to one event, are they both supposed to get the survey email or just the first worker listed or second worker listed????? Thanks

You must go to Workers->Positions and mark the Reporter checkbox for any positions where the person assigned to that position on an event would need to get the Manager Survey Email.
