The worker rank affects how far in advance a worker can select shifts, correct? A level 1 can only schedule shifts 2 weeks out, level 2 = 3 weeks, etc? Is there a way to adjust that? We don't even schedule our deliveries 2 weeks out, so the result of this ranking system means everyone has the same shot at grabbing shifts as soon as they're posted. It would be nice if we could condense that to Rank 1=3 days, then work up from there.
