Worker Day before emails and day of text messages not delivered consistently

I have noticed for any event that gets rescheduled that worker text messages and day prior emails are not consistently delivered. Say an event is booked in June for August. In July, even prior to me assigning anyone in the Schedule tab, they reschedule to another date. A few weeks before the event, I schedule workers and they accept, yet they do not receive day before and day of communications. See lead 966483 or 798675


I understand that if I have them scheduled, then a reschedule occurs, I delete their shifts and create new scheduling assignments, but do not understand the above situation. thanks!

The Worker - Shift Assignment Reminder emails do not go out if the worker has responded to a shift. In your case, the Worker - Shift Scheduled email is going out and the worker is responding with an Accept (or Decline). At that point the shift assignment reminder will not go out. If you want a general reminder going out, you need to use the Worker - Shift Email Reminder email that you currently have off. I see that you are using the text reminders and they seem to be working.
