Why on my leads on status is showing Cancel when my events was completed

I have three customers lead that I did before and sent the my Quotes and contract my customers followed my steps Correctly in everything but at the end on the status was showing completed but for some reason on those three lead at 1:00 am I get a email saying my leads has been cancel and I don’t understand why when everything came out good.


My status still showing Cancel on my three leads

You cancelled status type has been changed to also leads that have been completed. I have fixed this. You can change those leads to a completed status manually for tracking.
