You need to check the pricing you have setup for your item. Go to Settings->Inventory, find the item, and click the price under the day of the week. This will take you to the price being used for that item.
In this particular case you are using a single price 'until the end of time'. You should set it to be that rate 'every day' if you want it to price it that way.
