Why is a customer's responses to IO emails going to someone other than the assigned sales rep?

2792203. Emails going to Steve - should be Nicole. This has happened with other orders randomly as well.

In Settings->Email Settings, the reply address is set to "Company Email Address" so auto emails, like this event reminder come from the companies email address (set in Settings->Company Details as Steve's email address).
