I just logged into my account and noticed a bunch of my bookings just showed up on the Overview page as having conflicts.

It looks like you put a couple of inventory items in maintenance--so those leads w/ those items on them are showing conflicts.
I use that to keep track of my cleaning and sanitizing. Is there a better way to do that in IO?
You can also list the date the items are coming back out of maintenance as well...so if you show going in on 07/23 and coming back out on 07/24...then it wouldn't affect the leads on 07/25
