Where to change log in password?

I have changed my password in settings/company details, and by hovering over my name in support and clicking password. Neither password works for login. Only the reset password sent to me works. Thanks.

If you are using the main account login then you go to Setting->Company Details to change the password.
If you are using a worker account, then you go to https://www.inflatableoffice.com/workers/ to change your password.
If you clicked the reset link in the email after you changed your password then it would have reset it again. Try it again and let me know if you continue to have issues with it.
