When I try to upload an image it seems to save but then the image field is blank.

Not a Problem

Ive made sure the image is the correct pixels and have tried various file formats.

Are you using Internet Explorer? We don't support using IE on for backend use because of issues like this. We recommend Chrome, FireFox, or Safari

I had this same issue and was thankful to find this solution. It does lead me to another question - will our customers have any issues if they are using explorer to book their inflatables?

We've specifically tested the customer facing pages to work well with Internet Explorer. It's just the back end that doesn't support IE.
