Every time I look for a vendor item it's gone.. So I reset it dj service... I put it in a category entertainers and it shows up... Switch it to vendor item and it drops trht category... What am I doing wrong??

Vendor items are not put in categories by default because once they are, they count against your plan item count. They will then show in the rental list and on your quote pages. You can search them on the lead without putting them in a category. However, if you want to put them in a category, you mus check the box to "count vendor item like normal."
