URGENT -- info disappeared, error messages, can't generate invoices, etc.

Good morning - my colleague Edith already emailed as well about a different issue - and now there is a new issue -- all information has "disappeared" from a lead. It is not visible when just viewing it (ID: 642171) - -and when I went in to try to edit I got the following message:

I imagine something must be going on system-wide to be experiencing so many issues? Can you please let us know what the status is...we have to get invoices out for payment right away and are unable to do so.

This has been fixed. This lead that lost it's rentals I will have to pull from a backup which takes about 1 hour. If you happen to know the details of the lead you can simply correct it, otherwise we'll restore it.

The backup has been restored if you need to check. Go to dev.inflatableoffice.com and login. It is a snapshot of the data as of 4am this morning.

I redid the entire invoice and sent to client right after my last message to you. Now half of it is gone again. This is critical -- what happened? Please advise asap if I should recreate it AGAIN (maybe as a new lead?)

our messages crossed I went to the backup - but I don't have access to this feature. In any case, please let me know what I should do as I need to get the invoice to the client for payment asap as the order is for tomorrow.
