Unavailable booking not showing as unavailable?

Hi, a recent customer was able to select an inflatable that was already booked 3 days prior. Not sure how she was able to select, but it showed as available on her quote page. Can you please look into it?

Do you have the lead ID? We are looking into this. It appears it may be fixed in our dev version that will be released tomorrow. Once we do the release, we will check it again.


We found the issue. It's fixed in dev and will be live on our next release.

Hello, our real-time availability is malfunctioning again. The quote page is not updating unavailable items and customers are able to select booked items. 4951165 is a recent lead, though I am able to duplicate error through the quote page as well.
