Unable to change advanced time

Trying to add the facepainter service for a couple hours but when I add to the lead, the clock item does not appear for time adjustment. Am I doing something wrong?

When creating leads on the backend, you can click "advanced times" underneith the event start/end time when you want it to differ. The clock only shows when it actually differs (if the customer entered it from the quote form it would likely differ which is why you saw this before).
