It looks like the address in the Lead isn't a valid address. This could be because there isn't an address number listed so Mapquest and Google Maps are both trying to guess the destination. The Travel Time is being pulled from Google Maps and if you click on that icon you'll see the destination is the length of Route 60 which is giving you that value of 12 hours.
