Is there a way to do the x minimum charge i have it set up and it works on my other account 0 miles 20.00 charge then it adds extra per mile.

can we do the same with minimum of lets say 15.00 then add the zip code based fee we have set up.

we want to increase our delivery fee and this is the best way for us to avoid changing 100's of zip code fees...

There isn't, but we could run a script that adds $15 to all you zipcodes.
