Training email

Now that training emails appear to be working, I have reviewed and edited our auto email, however, when I click on the link to the training questions I receive the following error message and am bumped out of IO:


The requested URL /myaccount/*training_url* was not found on this server.


How do I review the training questions, I have just received my first notice in overview of a customer receiving and responding to this email.

The URL you mentioned: /myaccount/*training_url*

It sounds like you were you looking at the Email Template when you click on that. The *training_url* portion of that URL should be changing as the email goes to the customer (it's a template variable and has lead specific information in it).

To see the information, you'll need to create a fake lead and send it to yourself via the lead.
