Total for tax exempt sales

Is there a way to see a total for tax exempt sales when using the filter.
Also is there a way to change the default filter settings. for example. So that Cancelled and completed leads can be unselected.
Can you change the name of the vehicles in the load list and such?
Is there a way to add credit card fees?

1) There isn't a way right now to filter lead on the Leads page by tax exempt, but you can run a report to see that in a spreadsheet.
