Time issues on new leads

We started having some issues with leads today. Event end times keep disappearing and now there are clocks showing next to inventory items (we have never seen this before).


Also, the delivery and return windows are not auto-populating anymore.

Did you make recent changes to your settings? The clocks show when the schedule time for the rental is different than the event. It doesn't appear that you set it that way, but you are doing something different than our other clients to get that to happen. It does look like a bug that needs fixed.


The delivery and return windows only populate when there is no overlap. You have the windows set the same. So I don't think they will ever populate. Instead of 8am-12pm for both setup and tear down, try 8am-12pm setup and 8pm-11:45pm tear down.

We haven't changed anything recently other than adding the additional gmail integration that was just released.


We expect to see 8am-12pm but we're not even seeing that at this point

It's dependent on your times. Your event is 12pm - 10pm with a 15 minute setup time. So, your window has to occur before 11:45am. You have your window set to 8am-12pm. There is a time overlap issue, so we don't set it. You have to do it manually in this case.

It should have gave an error with the advanced times for those rentals set to the same start and end. I'm still not sure how it happened. I'm going to fix it to error in the future. If it continues to happen, try to send us the process to replicate the issue.


To clear the advanced times, edit the lead. Click the advanced times link under the end date. Select a rental. Click the link to clear the time. Click the Change button. Repeat for each rental. Click the Close button and then save the lead. The clocks will disappear. Thanks.
