im not getting text messages today for shifts or anything


we have been testing the client contract text and nothing from that either


my staff pointed it out since yesterday they havent gotten any.

Still investigating the cause.

Automated texts should start sending later a little later. We were working on something today that required we postpone automated texts. Manual texts should still work. I tested with the demo account and received it immediately. Thanks!

i just sent myself a test email contract and got nothing

When I put my phone number in the cell phone field and sent the contract text from that lead, it worked.

Tested another and no text working to her

Is the only thing not working the automatic texts to staff? Or are you having issues with the manual texts still?
