Text messages not working

It doesn't look like test messages from IO are working anymore.

Is this a known issue? We have several text message templates in our email list that we use for customer reminders and none are getting delivered anymore.

We only send texts via Bandwidth if the user has IO Phone setup, if not, we sent a text message via the Plivo number (it's just another phone texting service we use). But from time to time a carrier will blacklist our number as a "spam" phone number and stop delivering our texts. We usually get no information when they do this. Recently, carriers have been blocking these numbers more and more. This is something that is being looked at. Another option would be to use an IO phone number for texts, in the meantime. There is no charge for this.
