Taxes No Longer Calculating

I'm hoping someone can help me find a solution to this problem! During our initial set up of the system, we had taxes included in all our quote prices, we did a few dry runs and everything worked as it should, calculating the 6% sales tax. This working working great up until today when someone booked our biggest package, and it did not include sale tax in the price. I went back and tried doing a "fake booking" and it didn't charge me sales tax either. Am I missing something? I haven't changed anything over the last week, why would this become an issue now?

After 45 mins of looking, I discovered that the taxes we somehow changed to 0. I don't know how that happened, but it is fixed now.

There was a mistake made yesterday causing taxcloud to not calculate the tax rate automatically. I have corrected it. Sorry for the issue with this!


You set it to override taxcloud which will use 6% on all events regardless. If some cities are supposed to be at different rates you may want to turn that back off.

Thank you for responding! I just turned the "override Taxcloud" feature on about an hour ago because we are yet again having issues with the taxes not being calculated. Last night, I set the flat tax rate to 6% and it seemed to have worked when I put the system through a test run, but this morning we tried another test run, and it is no longer calculating taxes. Could there still be an issue with the system?

Everything appears to be working fine. I fixed the issue at 10:16 am. I see one of your test leads was created at 10:01am. You can edit the lead, hit recalculate and save to correct the lead.
