Tax rates arent being calculated, rather added as negative discounts

Additionally, i cannot login to this help forum, it sends me in a continuous loop to our overview page. I emailed with all this info as well.
See my emails from this morning....tax is coming up on most orders as zero, with the approximate tax amount included as a negative discount? Very odd. Very confusing. Jason @ OMG

The tax rates: There was a bug on tuesday and wednesday causing this and it was fixed and all the leads causing it were corrected. It sounds like your browser isn't downloading the new code.
To fix it, clear your browser cache.
Afterwards, any leads like this will need the discount set to 0 to correct it.
Am looking into the login issue with the support forum.

Found another bug causing this. Sorry for the issue with this! It was putting is a $0 tax and a negative discount. We have fixed the bug and adjusted the affected leads so the discount is $0 and the tax is corrected (the total stayed the same as a result).
