My tax rate keeps changing. It's supposed to be 6.250%. Can you please keep it from charging my customers a higher rate?

This was submitted anonymously so I can't check your settings without your username; But we use a service called TaxCloud to automatically look up the sales tax rate that you should charge based on the event location. If you want to override this, you can change this by going to Settings->Distance Charges, and clicking on the State tab at the bottom. Add your state, and the rate that you want, then check the "override TaxCloud" box.
