Tax Issues

On 2 recent order I have had tax issues. In this recent order 842941. I had checked off exempt. The client signed the invoice but when he went to pay the taxes had been added. I had to uncheck and resend link.

When changing the contact on a lead, the tax information recalculates. I'll see if we can change that behavior because I see instances where this doesn't make sense like the your situation. See the log entry below:
