I have stopped receiving the survey results by email. I have checked my spam filters and even called my email provider. The issue doesn't seem to be on our end at all. Any ideas?
Sorry for the issue with this. It has been fixed so future survey alerts should be sent properly.
We haven't been receiving the "Alert" email for when customers complete their rental survey. I checked the "Alert Center" and we have email notification active/selected. Please advise.
We made a change recently to fix a bug that was causing the alert to go out multiple times. I tested it and it appears to be working fine. I do not see any recent surveys in your account. What lead did you expect an alert on?
