Staffing - None staffed event with multiple items, Single Item is Mandatory Staffed Equipment

If we have specific items that require a staff member to operate but other items rented to a customer don't need to be staffed, how do I correctly manage this scenario for scheduling staff.

You can enter in this information per item in the inventory section. Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

Yes I’m aware of this feature but in regards to assigning shifts or pulling reports to see what needs staffed. Currently if the event is set at non staffed but a required staffed item is selected the reports don’t show.

The best option for you would be to set your delivery methods so that if a customer is trying to quote an item that requires staff for an event set as non-staffed it'll stop them from booking or will flag that lead for you. You can do that by going to Settings -> Delivery Methods and then setting your non-staffed event type to notify you or stop a customer from quoting an item that requires staff.

This has nothing to do with the Customer.

If we have a item that requires a staff member it is built into the price but we still need to know that we need to schedule a worker.

This will have to be something we add to our product development system. You can view what leads require staffing by viewing the contract tab of your lead but we do not have a way to view this from a report or filter yet.

Sorry for the inconvenience we will work on adding this. Let us know if you have any other questions.
