Since we don't have access to the CRM anymore, how do I remove old Tasks?

We have some old tasks in our overview. It doesn't seem that I can remove those. I still think that the CRM is a great tool that is necessary, but I still believe it should be included for the $195 we pay every month. This is a large annual expense already. I wish we could figure this out, I may be forced to look at other options for software if not.
