SIGNING CONTRACT PROBLEM

I don't know what the problem is but I am continually getting customers who cannot mark all the boxes on the contract AND sign it at the top successfully. I have changed my email that goes with the contract giving them step by step instructions, but to no avail. My theory is that it has to do with the top left box at the top that says they agree to the terms and conditions. Can that box be "highlighted in yellow" so it stands out more?

Your "agree to terms" checkbox is now highlighted. Keep in mind, if they miss any of the checkboxes, it won't show up as "signed." I can imagine this would be an easy mistake to make on the customer's end.

Thank you for doing this so quickly. I hope this helps our customers who can't seem to get it right.
