Show on CRM tab whether email has been read

Under Consideration

As I'm scrolling through quotes to see who needs a follow up, I have to jump back and forth between the log and CRM tabs in order to see if emails have been read. Can you put that on the CRM tab? I don't necessarily need to see the date and time; just a check mark would be fine.
