Is there away to set the payment option to only pay the deposit and no more? I want to only allow the deposit ($40) to be paid and not the full amount.

This is possible by hiding the other options on the payment page. This requires an to edit the "Contract Page" in Settings->Customer Pages. If you know how to edit HTML, it is possible to make this change on your own. We charge a one time fee to do costume work to these pages.
