Server error "too busy"

I have had 2 different customers in the last two days complain about not being able to complete their reservations online due to a server error. I have been able to access without a problem and have had other booking made during this time. Have you guys identified any issues on your side?

We didn't have any issues that I'm aware of this weekend. Our server's busiest time is afternoon Monday through Thursday, and even then it doesn't have any trouble keeping up.


Do you have any more details such as:

- the error they received

- when it happened

- what were they were trying to do (getting a quote, booking, etc)

both customer said it was a server error. Todays customer said it said something to the effect of the server timing out due to too many user or too much activity.


One yesterday, one today


Yesterday was trying to submit a payment, todays was trying to access quote page from website.

Thank you for the info, I'm starting to narrow down the issue. Do you know if they were able to successfully re-try the payment or quote? or did it continue to fail?

I didnt have them try, I just processed on my side. I did attempt to reach the page through the website and everything seemed fine to me at the time.
