Sending Manual Emails for Testing not working

When I send a manual email from email center in order to test the message, nothing is coming to my inbox. I have tested with a gmail account and our corporate account. Emails are not going to spam either.

Is the email template active?

I was just getting ready to post the same thing. We first noticed this a few weeks ago, and as of today, it still doesnt work.

In our case, yes the template is still active. I tried 2 different email addresses as well. 2 weeks ago when i discovered I figured we were just having issues with our email

Which template are you trying to send and which email address are you trying to send it to? I haven't successfully replicated this yet so we need to get more specifics.

All active templates...I tried them all yesterday. Tried my info@ohiomobilegaming.com and then givedbsitsmoney@yahoo.com to see if it was our domain email issues.

It must be getting caught by your spam filter. It works fine for all of us.

Not sure what spam filter is catching it...I just did another test and our spam filter our email on our domain's email server, as well as yahoo, do not show the emails I just sent I followed up by trying an @ gmail.com address, and it showed up instantly.


So I tried again. I sent it to yet another gmail account just now...showed up instantly (and subsequently is forwarded to my yahoo inbox as well...almost instantly...the yahoo address givedbsitsmoney that I cant seem to send directly to).


So I sent it to yet a different yahoo address, it showed up right away and was auto-forwarded to my yahoo inbox as it always is. Went back, tried the main yahoo address (to which these other email addresses all funnel), and nothing. Tried info @ ohiomobilegaming.com again...nothing (not on the omg.com server or the yahoo box it forwards to)

In Settings->General Settings, it may help to use your own custom email server to send the email rather than sending the email from our server.

I'm not event going to risk having issues getting emails to customers by fiddling with anything. If the worst thing that happens is I have to change email templates then email myself from a customer's lead, so be it.

This is not working for me either. For the sake of clarity, the issue is when trying to send an email from within the email template itself, using the "send manually" button.


Can confirm our emails are not getting spammed. As mentioned earlier, the emails can be forwarded to from any existing lead without issue.

I believe the issues you are seeing are due to the names of your emails. You've removed the "Customer - " that tells us valuable information. I suggest adding it back. It's not an ideal solution, and we should probably not have that as part of the title and instead have it as a category. I'll enter it as a task. Thanks.

I have 2 emails so far that are not sending

I kept them with customer in them as mentioned above but we still are not getting the manual sends

I was able to manually send these. I tested that since this is under the topic of manual sending. However, I believe you are asking about automatic sending. I don't see any events in the system for the last week, and these only go out after an event date passes. I think they are working properly.

Yes I was only talking about the manual side


I have sent it 4 times and still nothing, not in spam, or junk, our filters are totally open for all IO emails

I am getting all the other manual emails i have tested.


Only having issues with these 2

It looks like you are using something called spamexperts.com to filter your email. For some reason they don't like those emails and are preventing us from sending them. You either need to change your settings on spamexperts to allow our servers to send to you or change your email settings in IO to use your mail server to send.
