"Send Manually" doesn't appear to be sending.

Solved

I'm having trouble sending test emails from the Email Center. I clicked:


  • Settings -> Email Center -> Customer - Yearly Reminder (past events) -> edit -> Send Manually -> OK


and then InflatableOffice displayed the message:


  • Your email has been sent!

but I haven't received any new messages in my mailbox, and no new entries have appeared in the Log tab.

The bug causing this has been fixed.

I've sent you a test email. Please let me know if you receive it. If you do, it seems the issue may be computer/browser specific. Please reply with any information you can about your browser version. Also, you may want to test this with any plugins/extentions you have turned off.

Thanks. I see the log entry for email ID 10491387 but haven't received it yet.


I also tried using a different web browser (Firefox 50.1.0) with a cleared cache and no extensions installed to manually send the newsletter "Test 2016-12-17" at around 7:48 and 7:50 PST. I don't see those attempts in the log and I haven't received anything yet.

Thanks for the info. We'll keep looking into it. The email logged (email ID 10491387) was one I sent to myself (it was received).

Do you have some time available to do a screen sharing session? I'd like to pull up the developer tools on your browser and try to look at what's getting posted when the button is clicked.

Sure, any time between 11:30am–5:00pm PST would work for me. You can use the contact info in my worker profile.


I've also recorded a HAR of me accessing the Email Center, selecting an email, and clicking the Send Manually button. I'll send that to you via email.

Thank you for finally figuring this one out. We havent been able to send tests for over a year as discussed in other threads.
