Restrict online quotes and booking

In Settings>Delivery Methods>Quote Rental Exclusions
& Booking Rental Exclusions: Is it possible for you guys to quickly add every item
in our inventory to every delivery type? I think that will save us a ton of
time if we just have to go through and delete the items for we want to allow online quotes and booking. Unless you already have a better solution that I'm not seeing. If we have to enter every item manually, I can't even imagine how long that will take.

It will require us to manipluate some things in our database for you, but I agree that we could probably do it faster than you selecting them all manually. I'll see what we can get done today.
