Is there a way to put in replacement costs for damages to products? We'd like to be able to charge customers for items that are lost or damaged.

Probably the best place to do this would be in a field called "Additional Contract Details" in the rental's settings, in the "Advanced Features" area. This allows you to add extra text for that rental when it is selected to display on the contract. It can be formatted with HTML tags in order to make bolding, italics, ect.
Another option would be to "hijack" one of the other fields you aren't using in the "Packing List & Optional Fields" area, such as "weight."
