Realtime Availability not working properly

Not a Problem

Hey Guys. I think our realtime availability is not working properly due to is allowing customer to create new quotes or leads to inventory that is not available. Could you guys look into this please. Thank You . We would love our customer to see what is available and what is not. Need some help to fix this matter.

This feature only works when categories are turned on. I've turned them on for you. Thanks!
