The company is Extreme Party Innovations and I am Emily Smith one of the quotes that have come to me are Linda Whitaker.

I have it setup so I get a copy of the quote so I know when someone is looking to book

That's correct Howard. It's the alert email as a copy of the customer quote. We discussed this over the phone with Emily. She recently updated some settings and it was different from the alert she was seeing before.
