Is there a way when people fill out the quote form and hit next step if we could skip the "Quote ID/Quote details form" and go straight to the finalize contract page/form? Because our management is getting concerned with too many leads stuck in Quote status.

Currently there is no way to skip the quote page. Although this has been requested recently and is being looked into so that this is an option in the future.
