QuickBooks queue is empty
I'm trying to reconnect QB, but when I run the Web Connector, it's saying "no update necessary". I checked the log, but it's recording 0 connections each time. I tried to sync a single lead, but received this message: "Error: You cannot queue a lead that belongs to another account/QB integration!" I confirmed that the Lead ID is one of our leads. I'm logged in with our primary account too. Thanks for your help!
