Quickbooks Desktop Integration

Need Answer

I seem to be a complete idiot. I cannot get my IO info to integrate in my QB desktop application at all. I've since deleted one QB company name and added our legal name. Now QB web connector still shows the old name. How can I fix this?

Screen share might be tough since I'm rarely on the computer that has QB on it. Below is the error I'm receiving now.

Any help is appreciated.

You do not have sales tax enabled in their QB file. In the link below, it shows how to find it. You should only have to turn it on and do the minimum required to save it as enabled (maybe create a sales tax vendor name). We will do the rest when we sync.

I've enabled sales tax and still receive the same error. What am I doing wrong?

Now that is fixed, but you have another issue. It looks like you may have deleted accounts we created and need for entering in your data. Did you delete the Rental Income and Rental Items accounts? I show that we created them and then they were removed. It's possible too that you are using the same names for other items. I've set our system to try to recreate the accounts. Please do not change, move, or delete the accounts we create. I'll monitor for additional errors. Thanks.

I dont remember deleting accounts. Sorry about that. So next update I run may work?

If you could keep the computer on and the web connector setup to run automatically, it would help. Then if we see errors, we can propose corrections and immediately see if that was the solution or if there is an additional problem.
