QB WebConnector "Authentication Error"

All of a sudden Webconnector will not update, Nothing has changed in our config.

Are you still having this issue? It looks like everything is running ok?

Hi Susan-

It's been a while since I have had trouble with the webconnector but this time I can't fix the issue: I am getting error message: QBWC1053. "A modal dialog box is showing in the QB user interface. I have reset, rebooted , and the messages sent to "application" as instructed.

Most confusing, it is not consistent. I get some payments -online or manual but not all :

#7496099 Carole Clothier still has not-April 1.

I have deleted the payment and keyed in again....still not showing up in QB

(prior to that #7572069...3/29 Yamileth Pereze.. I forced itby entering in QB manually.

My IT tech checked and says it is not at our end.

Let me know if you can fix it or what I need to do to get back on track.

Give me some times that you can meet next week, and I will do a screen share with you and have a look. This sounds like a computer/web connect/QB issue as opposed to us, but I may be able to help you fix it. Otherwise, you could contact their support because it's an issue with a QB product.
