I had this issue the other day.


Customer booked one of our weekly deals

We applied promo code and all is good


Customer calls back a few days later to add more to her order


Promo code has now expired so when we saved the order with the updated extra equipment other promotional code dropped off the order


Can it be fixed that when a promo is applied it stays even it other items change on the order

This seems to only be an issue on expiring promo codes


Maybe a warning message on orders that have promos saying promo applied do you want to keep it or make a change idk what but something so clients don't loose the deal with a change


Going back to turn the promo on apply it and turn it back off is a pain sometimes especially if your on duty person doesn't have those privileges

Any updated on this promo code fix?


We had it happen again today where it dropped the code since it was past the date but she booked that item on the correct date.

Which lead did this happen to? I thought our team changed it to work on creation date instead of the current date for that reason, so it sounds like something might not be working as we expected it to.
