problems with inventory not updating on the website

we have added a fair amount of inventory to our software and only one item has not updated yet (Dragon Castle). We also have one item we deleted that has not been taken off the website (dolphin slide). I have tried adding and taking away products from the categories hoping it would refresh everything but nothing happens.

James, what about the Dragon Castle needs to be updated? I see it on your quote page with the correct description and photo, that's why I ask. I see the 18' Dolphin Slide I'll see what I can do to get that off of your website.
