Packages not calculating properly or at all
I have several different packages setup in the pages page. I have noticed that if the customer is getting more than one package, the system will override, choosing only one package to discount or not showing anything or discounting at all.
For example:
ID: 918345: She is getting package (Nice & Simple) however, I had to enter the discount as it didn't automatically pick it up. When I first started using this program, it would display the package name on the packages line and would also have the subtracted discount for that package.
ID: 917513: She is getting (2) packages (Bring on the Fun) and (Play Time). The system recognized the Bring on the Fun package, but when I added the games, it removed the discount for that package, showed the Play Time package with the discount for that one. I had to provide the discount for the other package. These aren't items that are related so I'm not sure why there was a problem.
How can we fix this?
Also, these packages aren't showing up under the (# of time used) tab...therefore it's not tracking the performance of each package. I have booked a lot of packages since I've started this program.
Although I like the program, I feel like it's a little problematic at times.

Regarding your issues. Only one coupon/package (the best discount) is allowed per lead. It's always been like this. It prevents customers from double dipping on discounts. You'll notice on your quote page that once a package is selected, the other ones become unavailable.
The issue you are seeing with the promotion and the modular unit is because the modular price is zero. When the system calculates the price of the snow cone machine plus the zero dollar modular, it is less than the promotion price, so it doesn't qualify. The easiest way to fix this is to put the pricing on the modular instead of the banners. Otherwise, you have to change your promotion to include the banners like this: (1 Moonwalk OR 1 Batman Bouncer OR 1 Race Cars Bouncer OR etc) AND 1 Fun Food.
