Overview Screen sorting

Answered

When you enter the overview screen items are sorted by date which is good but if you need to sort via date or any other method via column choice you just click on the column and it sorts...

The issue is you can never sort in another way once you click on a column.

There needs to be a way to sort the column back and forth as needed.

Is that something that can be added lime other sorting options within IO

You can pull any overview chart onto the leads page and then sort the way you want there. I'll enter a task for improving overview sorting.

Im not understanding this.

I went to the Overview tab and it doesnt allow me to pull any chart to anywhere, they are all stationary.

And when you say pull any chart to the leads page you mean just grab the chart and drag it to the leads tab?

I tried that too

Go to Leads->Preset/Saved Filter. Choose one that matches the overview chart you want. You can then click to sort by clicking the columns on the leads page. You are loading the same view you see on the overview chart but on the leads page.

I got the sorting on the leads screen etc using the various options from the drop down options. My specific sorting question was on the Overview screen.

I was especially wondering about the flagged items.

I would be nice to be able to sort the flagged items by date so you can make sure you havent missed any that needs handled by a specific date etc.

see attached image so you can see what I am talking about.

You can click on the header and it sorts once but in reverse order and you cant resort it back without going off the screen and coming back to it and again if you click the date it sorts but again in reverse.

That is the same for all the boxes, and columns, they can sort but in reverse order,

Yes, I'm aware of the issue. We have it on our list. In the mean time, you can access the same data from the leads page and sort both ways.

Ok but using the lead screen the CRM todo do not show up. I know I can go to CRM and look there but when its all blended in the Overview screen that tool becomes very valuable.

Thanks
