I would like to change the wording on the pop-up notice a customer gets when they attempt to Book an item that is not available.
Where can that be found?
This is possible, but it's very easy to make errors here unintentionally. What does the message currently say, and what would you like to change it to?
Actually, can you tell me what it actually says? I can't see it without doing a quote.

So, what you sent was the pop-up for the Quote not the Booking. My question was about a booking attempt.
This is a screen shot of the Booking notice a customer gets. I've had a few customers get confused about the "Request Submitted - Someone will contact you shortly" . I know part of t his is my issue with not following up with every booking attempt. I get a lot and usually they try something else.
Can this be updated to read "One or more of your selected items are not available, highlighted in RED. Please edit your request and select another item."
I added that to the inventory alert.
I just checked and you added it to the wrong notifier. I want the "Request Submitted!" changed to "One or more of your selected items are not available, highlighted in RED. Please edit your request and select another item". Customers are seeing the darker bold message not the faintly highlighted message.
Please let me know if you can update this field.
That alert can be for different reasons..so I wouldn't recommend completely changing. Maybe change it to something like--We have received your request. or We will need to review this quote for confirmation...whatever you think, but it will need to be more of a blanket statement. The part that I changed already was the alert specifically for overbooking.
