We have over 30 of this item- and the conflicts don't reflect any overbooking. And not sure what the negative number really means?

Yes, we have a developer working on a bug fix currently. It looks like we had 2 people report this at the same time and your notification about this wasn't replied to at first.
This is still affecting Leads. Any update on the fix? It's highly confusing and slowing down our sales team.
