Over the last few days, customer "Send me a contract" requests arent triggering the email alerts....

Not a Problem

Subject explains it all. Take a look at the log...you can see they're flagged, but the emails never went out. Ive noticed this over the last few days...twice today.

The request for booking alert was something available to the old quote pages. You need to use the Booking Attempt alert. That triggers when the Book Event button is clicked and the customer is unable to book for whatever reason.
